At Based Society, we aim to provide the best shopping experience for our customers.

Exchange Policy

All purchases made through Based Society are eligible for exchange.

  • Exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days from the time the order is received.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all labels and tags attached.
  • Shipping charges will apply to all exchange requests.
  • The courier will contact you within 48 hours after your exchange request is confirmed to arrange pickup.
  • If the courier is unable to collect the item(s) within this period due to customer-related reasons, the request will be automatically cancelled and cannot be reopened.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Return requests must be submitted within 14 days from receiving the order.
  • Returned item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all labels attached.
  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned item(s) are received and inspected at our warehouse.
  • Once approved, you will receive an email at the same email address used when placing the order requesting your:
    • Bank account details
    • Mobile wallet information
    • Instapay details
  • Refunds will be issued via:
    • Bank Transfer
    • Mobile Wallet
    • Instapay
  • Original shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • The courier will contact you within 48 hours after the return request to arrange pickup.
  • If collection cannot be completed within this timeframe due to customer-related reasons, the return request will be automatically cancelled and cannot be requested again.
